Welcome to the official site of the Chi Phi Fraternity at the University of Tennessee. Colonized on September 21, 2008 and then Chartered on November 6th, 2010, the Phi Delta Chapter strives for excellence. The Phi Delta Chapter is continually seeking new members, abstaining from the confines of formal rush.
